Gunungsitoli (SIB) – Anggota DPR RI asal Nias/Nisel Drs Idealisman Dachi mengharapkan Propinsi Tapanuli secepatnya terbentuk untuk percepatan pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Untuk itu, Propinsi Tapanuli sebaiknya segera disahkan.Menurut Idealisman Dachi, Kabupaten Nias dan Nias Selatan akan sangat diuntungkan apabila Propinsi Tapanuli terbentuk, baik dari aspek ekonomi dan politik karena kepulauan Nias secara otomatis akan diperhitungkan dalam kancah politik maupun ekonomi bahkan bisa menjadi play maker dari semua aspek. — May 27, 2006: A magnitude-6.2 quake flattens homes and hotels near the ancient central city of Yogyakarta, killing more than 3,000 and injuring thousands more in the nation’s worst disaster since the 2004 tsunami.
