Vacancy as Community Health Coordination
Medical Teams International is a non-profit organization, which serves to bring aid and medical care to those in need worldwide. We are looking for people who are skilled, passionate, determined and experienced for the positions below:
Community Health Coordinator (Code: CHC)
Duty station: Nias Selatan
She/He will supervise the Health Facilitators and will plan and coordinate their activities as well as provide internal and external training as necessary in community development principles in the Community Health Nias project.
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree of Social, Nursing, Midwifery or equivalent with minimum 3 (Three) years experiences in related fields as a coordinator with an international NGO.
2. Proficiency in Nias language is an advantage
3. Negotiation and mediation skills to deal with staff, community, and service providers.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skill
5. Good character
6. Experience in health communities program and community mobilization.
7. Willingness to work in remote areas and live in the community.
8. Fluently in English (Oral and written)
9. NON SMOKER
